Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you purchased the $5 Shipping Protection, we provide a one-time guaranteed reshipment for lost or damaged items. If you opted out, we are not liable for carrier errors. We do not reship for “Delivered” packages; please ensure your delivery location is secure.
